Nice wee hotel on congress avenue rooms are a bit dated basic shower with a shower curtain but nice wee veranda to have a drink pity about all the guys smoking cigars

they charged $50.00 to check in early and they charge $25.00 to check out late after 1 hour. what ever happened to complimentary services? the bathroom and tub looked like it needed to be updated. tub had pieces of porcelain scatched off. the location is perfect, but not what I expected for the $285.00 I payed for 1 night. Last time in Austin we stayed at the Aloft Hotel across the street. much better hotel also Nothing compared to the Royal Sonesta in New Orleans. thank you. I do have a travel pass # and gave it to them when checked in #105358184 .please advise now how we can remedy this? Walkability: close to 6th street

Have you ever waken up to a decaf/sleepy time coffee selection in your 4.5 star hotel room? I have- and its infuriating. Is this an April fools joke? Wont be booking here again.

The hotels in a great, central spot- its easy to get anywhere downtown from there including 6th street and the Capital. Sabrina at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic as well.
