I left USAA after over forty years because customer service got so bad. I have known Becky Arreaga for years so decided to see how Farmers would be. The help I received from day one couldnt have been better. I switched all my insurance to Farmers. Almost six months later I had still not been reimbursed by USAA. Carree was great and dealt with them for me until a check was in the mail. I have been with Farmers about seven months and have already had two very positive experiences. The first was with Roadside Assistance. One morning when I got in my car the battery was completely dead. The Farmers app was extremely easy to use and led me right to Roadside Assistance. From the time I opened the app until help arrived was less than twenty minutes. The gentleman was kind, professional and worked quickly. The experience couldnt have been better. Until the next time I needed help. I had a medical issue that caused me to have to pull off the road immediately. I was stuck on a very narrow shoulder on MoPac Expressway. It was terrifying. Every time a vehicle went by my whole car shook. I called The Arreaga Insurance Agency to see what I could do. Becky and Liz came right away, got me and my car home and helped get me into my apartment. I cant say enough about the Arreaga Insurance Agency they are the epitome of compassionate, professional customer service. Thank you all for going above and beyond to help me.

Carree was wonderful to work with.  I had switched to Farmers from AllState in December 2020, but unfortunately the Farmers agency which I'm reviewing forgot to cancel my auto insurance with AllState.  I identified the problem in December 2021 but AllState refused to issue me a refund for paying for double coverage in 2021, saying they could only backdate to the most recent renewal date.  Carree tried to help, getting on the phone with them, sending them cancellation documents, and trying to get this sorted out and sending me the link to file a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance.  Finally, when Allstate refused to issue a refund, Carree got on the phone with the corporate/back office at Farmers and was able to get me a refund from their side.  She was very diligent and compassionate while accepting responsibility for their mistake and going out of her way to help make it right.  I would recommend checking out their agency for your insurance needs!
