Farmers Insurance - Mouin Atallah

If anyone needs assistance with obtaining an insurance policy, I would recommend Mouin ("Mike") without hesitation. He assisted my fiance and I with setting up a home insurance policy for our first home. The online quote request form on the Farmers website was very easy to use, and Mike's professional demeanor was evident throughout the entire process. He was eager to educate and answer questions, and was always timely in his correspondence. Overall, it was a straightforward process and a great experience thanks to Mike's expertise and excellent customer service.

Was shopping around looking to switch insurance companies as our renewal with the previous insurance company doubled! Spoke with Mike Atallah and he was such a pleasure to do business with. The rate we're now paying with Farmers is about $1k cheaper for the same policy. Part of why we chose this location was because of all of the wonderful things I read from other reviewers about Mike and they were spot on! He is patient and takes the time to answer all of your questions and he's very responsive when you message him. So happy to have found this Farmer's agent! :)

Mike and his team were able to guide me through the process of reviewing and updating my policy after I had an accident. Having an accident is a draining and exhausting ordeal. Mike stayed on the phone and guided this nonTech person. I appreciated his help and patience,
