They are scammers, they practically stole more than a thousand dollars from me for a policy that they themselves canceled. I was paying for more than 6 months for a policy that was canceled, it is already reported in all government agencies.

Never answers calls when my fianc calls. Very poor customer service! Dont recommend!

Don't waste your money. She is scammer. Horrible customer services. We got a full coverage insurance with her (rica) We paid $340 for our down payment with $158 per month. On the id cards only shows her contact info and a number for claims. We had to call the claims number for a claim and they ended up saying our policy never got activated because they only received a payment of $4.00, four dollars, yes you are reading right. Incredible. Now we are calling her and going to her office and she is not taking our calls and the office is close. A friend of mine called her and she texted her back saying I call you back if you need something text me. My friend texted her and told her she wanted to get a quote and she replied back, text me the vin number. So she is available, she is just don't want to face us. Conclusion, she make you believe she is activating a policy for you, but the money goes to the agency account or her packet not to the insurance company. She is scammer an a miserable person. We have been trying to get a hold of someone to help us file some documents to travel and they are not answering. It sounds like they are ending the call after a few rings. The service here is the worst, not worth your time or money.
