Elements Lawn & Landscape

I've been a long time Elements customer. They do a great job on monthly maintenance as well as special installation projects. The critical measurement of a vendor is when the chips are down and you really need help, will they be there for you? The answer in the case of Elements is absolutely. In a time when their resources were booked, they actually had management participation in getting our plants prepared for the freeze. Everything was done in an expert fashion too. Thanks most of all to our knowledgable customer centric account manager Marshall.

I hired Elements to perform their periodic fertilization and weed control services at my home in Liberty Hill in 2021. They performed fine for about two years, 2021, and 2022. The last time they serviced my property was December 2022. Then, they went AWOL. No pre-emergent was applied in early 2023, and my lawn became infested with weeds. No notification, they just stopped coming. By the time I realized there was a problem, I called to find out they had lost their applicator license. When I told the gentleman on the phone that the least they could have done was notify us so we could have gotten another company to do the work he said "well, we haven't been charging you". I hired another company and fought the weeds for the rest of 2023. Then randomly in October of 2023, 9 months since they had been out, Elements shows back up and applies fertilizer/weed control. I reached out to the office, and they apologized and cancelled my account per my request and told me I would not be invoiced. Three months later, (January 2024) I get an invoice for this application they did in October '23. Elements is plagued by poor management and/or an apathetic ownership not sensitive to efficient processes and customer satisfaction. It still amazes me how they signed me up for a monthly service and then just disappeared, then re-appeared as if nothing ever happened assuming they still have the account. It's like a no call, no show to your job for 9 months and then coming back to work expecting your job is still there. And then asking for a pay check. Asinine.

Elements Lawn & Landscape company, is very professional, kind, and meets every expectations. Not only will they diagnose any problem you have but work with you as well as pinpoint what you want. I would highly recommend Hope(Service Manager) and her crew for a fast and reliable service. Elements did and excellent job with landscaping. I called them up to do some basic "maintainance" work (which they did a great job with), and used them again to do a more "full service" job for my front lawn. They laid down we sod, did zero scaping in on my size yard (it's impossible to keep that grass alive!), and planted some new trees for me in the back. Over all, amazing! They had such great attention to detail when they were setting everything up. They were even picking the wrong color rocks out of the gravel by hand when they were putting on the finishing touches. Marshall was super helpful the entire process. Came out to look at what I had going on and gave me suggestions on what I could do to impove things. I do not have an eye for that, so it was much needed. When he built the quote for me, he kept price in-mind and build something that worked for my budget. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my landscaping needs.
