Real Green Pest and Lawn

I just stopped using this service after about 2 years. I did this because if you look today there are as many weeds as there were when I started. Some people have had good luck with them. I have not.

I had my first treatment two days ago. And real green used a spray application. They did not apply it evenly and it is obvious from the burned arcs where it was applied. I now have burned semicircular arcs where they killed my grass and oh yes the weeds. Im guessing the concentration was too strong or the tech applied too much and not evenly. Not likely the later since he was only out here for a very short period. The service manager came out and again reiterated the companys line that this is not typical and wanted to apply even more chemicals to bring back the areas that were over treated. After a few more days it is obvious that the coverage was not even and large areas were not touched and those that were are burned. Do not use this company!

Real Green has been fantastic with our lawn. We routinely get compliments about the state of our yard from neighbors. Matthew is our rep and he is intimately involved with the care of our lawn and keeps up informed of what treatments hes doing and why. Highly recommend.

Im an existing customer hasnt canceled the service yet. Ill update my rating if they can eventually control the weed in a couple of months (hopefully Im still with them by then.) My front yard has lots of weeds I cant deal with thats why I give it a shot for real green. After 3 applications over 3 months I dont see any results. I know weed control takes time but here are why 1 star so far. 1. Services are really fast < 10 mins for 2500 sqft. The weeds are still there even though they said spot treatment has been done. 2. Delayed service. I requested additional service bc there are tons of weed but still no schedule after 2 weeks. I called and was told they wont do the additional service but will come next week for regular service without any communication. When I first called, they sell them as local business and care about customers who will not delay additional request like big companies (bc they are busy) so far, I cant tell the difference. 3. Poor coverage. There is a small area that on the boundary not covered. I guess they once sprayed pre emergent but skipped fertilizer. There grass there look dead.
