        The owner Gary is as unprofessional as it gets. He cursed me out and called me a liar just because I told him that we wanted flooring he had, but he didn't have any stock. It was true, and not even a big deal. But he went off the rails and cursed out someone he doesn't even know. Pathetic.

        Absolutely the worst experience. I had never been treated like this in my entire life. When I asked to get some information on the materials and whether they meet green certifications to make the floors safer for health reasons, I was yelled at by the owner (literally yelled over the phone) and accused of having been sent by their competitors. Never apologized. From what I understand, they source their wood from some poor European countries. Avoid this place. They dont deserve your business.

        Nice people but when they installed our floors they damaged all the cabinets and floor boards. Our builder didn't hold them accountable but that's a story for another day...
