I came in for a deep massage. They recommended a back walk because of my symptoms, and I couldn't be happier. I tried a back walk years ago at a different spa, but it felt like a gimmick. The back walk at Relax & Enjoy is the real deal. She was careful, precise, and skilled. It was the right addition with the deep massage. Now I understand how good a back walk can be. My body feels great. I will add back walks with each deep massage.

I deal with muscle tension that doesn't let go from a normal massage. It was recommended to try hot stones. I thought it was a gimmick, but it worked. The stones were hot! But the therapist was kind and careful. The heat went deep into the muscles. The smoothness of the stones helped the massage go deeper. It worked well. I highly recommend their hot stone treatment for anyone who likes deep work.
