I wish I could give 0 stars. They lost the measurements for my sons wheelchair and didn't even have decency to call me and let me know. When I kept calling for status, they told me that I have to take my son again to take measurements. My son spent whole school year without proper wheelchair. Every time, I call to check on status, they tell me that someone will call me but they never do. They can do better than this especially when they are in the business of serving people with disabilities.

My sons wheelchair lift was ordered almost a year ago. The employee who came out to look at our vehicle and place the order was poorly trained and instructed me to pay for things out of pocket and then submit receipts. It is almost a year later, I have no lift, no reimbursements for the $700-800 we paid out of pocket and nothing but empty promises and unanswered emails and phone calls from NSM. We also lost our $4000 adaptive aid budget last year because they have taken so long. NSM has stolen almost $5,000 from us to this point. Stay. Far. Away.

I'm been waiting for an arm for my jazzy almost a year they haven't even ordered it yet and now they telling me I have to see a doctor for what and you can never get any body on the phone and when you do they cut u off
