I've known Robert for about ten years. When it came time for me to purchase another home we explored the resale vs new build market together. He was so helpful in my purchase of a new build. There was a wait to get on the waiting list and he was there immediately to get my name on the list when they opened it up. Robert handled the escrow process with smooth professionalism and there were no surprises...that's what you want when you buy a house....no surprises! I'd absolutely work with Robert again.

Full disclosure: I am Robert Saxons sister. But I am also a real estate broker in 12 states, have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, and have taught several thousand realtors in contract knowledge and working with buyers and sellers. Robert has been in the business for 10 years, and I have been a coach on speed dial for problems. Less and less as time went by, as Robert has become an excellent and very hard-working agent in that time. He knows what I would do, because it is what he would do. Working with sellers, I have seen Robert provide excellent advice, always considering the implications of what he is suggesting and how it will impact not only their bottom line but also how it will physically and emotionally impact their lives and families. He has developed relationships with excellent contractors for repairs, he is the best agent I know at assessing data for accurate pricing, and continues to keep an eye on those numbers. He is known in the market as highly professional and a pleasure to work with by other agents in transactions and often gets more information out of them than they are likely supposed to be sharing. Working with buyers, it amazes me how much empathy and knowledge he, as a single man, has for family situations. He sees when buyers may not recognize an aspect of a property that could be a problem for young children or reminds parents just how long it would be an issue and might not be a deal breaker. He helps his clients think things through in a way that is very rare in this business. 90% of agents are just thinking about the short-termtheir commission check. Robert has no problem making a right-angle turn from his own interest in service to his clients. I honestly dont know of one time that Robert has acted to benefit himself rather than his client. You should hire him.
