Bad experience with this mover. The crew was late and worked very slow. They seemed to be very inexperienced. They lost all of our sofa remotes, broke an 80 inch TV, and lost other furniture hardware. They failed to complete the move in one day and we contacted New Braunfels Moving. There guys were fantastic and completed our move quickly and professionally. Rocket Movers did contact me and credited us one hour of labor, explained they are having labor issues. Very disappointing experience.

Hands down the absolute best moving experience ever! Jaelin and Tony did an outstanding job. They were fast and efficient. All of my furniture arrived at the final destination safe and without a scratch. Everything was placed and set up to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any future moves.

My family was moving from Mt Pleasant Tx to Liberty Hill. (300 miles) I had called several moving companies for estimates and was never happy with the service or the price. Then I came across Rocket Movers and Jon was very responsive and supportive. Our movers Tracy, Brody, and Wyatt were very nice and very efficient. It took them less than 4 hours to load and unload. They were freindly and careful with our stuff. If we ever need to move again and are able to use Rocket Movers we definitely will!! Great job!!
