        I highly recommend the Central Park Warby Parker for buying eye glasses in store. The salesperson was friendly, informative and efficient in finding me the frames size and style that I liked. Preferred it better than shopping for eye glasses on line.

        Im extremely disappointed with Warby Parker first of all they didnt tell me the truth. They had both my glasses and my contacts which couldve been filed under the same filing. I had a $400 limit in contacts and glasses together can reach at $400. They tried to itemize them separately and say that I could only use, one or the other thats not true according to the insurance company, secondly, the delivery and shipping was awful. They told me that they should be arriving within 7 to 10 days folks. It was 15 days in my glasses still hadnt shown up. they were not delivered and each day that I would call I would be told by a different representative of Warby Parker that they should be arriving that day I said Im tired of waiting on that day to come. I just want to get my money back. She says I cant give you a refund since your glasses will be delivered soon. I will use Parker again through this didnt say anything or do anything to try to help me
