The store manager is very rude and never explain in-detail about the contract. I never suggest to rent/use services from this u-haul store.

Do no rent from there !! Even if you take pics of fuel, and everything. They tricked me with fuel. I drove like 20 miles somehow i had to put 20 dollars of gas . They gave me truck with gas thats starts with bar next to the F (fuel tank) . Just take pictures. They will steal from u otherwise

Greedy, money hungry, unprofessional, ignorant staff. Please take a picture of literally everything. These people make up anything to get an extra dollar out of you and threaten to send the bill to collections if you dont pay the fraudulent fees on your statement. Not sure how the manager is qualified to be in that position couldnt even get the system up running to look at my invoice and based off of what she remembers and not actual facts. The truck was in horrible condition. Check engine, light flash on and off while I was driving. Anytime I started up the car it sounded like it was about to break down. Locks were old and rusty door to the truck was not sturdy at all, and I had to have someone drive behind me the whole time to make sure the door didnt open. A/C was blowing hot air. Definitely do not recommend coming to this U-Haul. I picked this one because it was super close to my current apartment. I now know that that was a mistake and I will have to drive a little further for quality. I will never rent a U-Haul again horrible experience. I will make sure all of my friends never rent from this U-Haul again. Establishment looks ran down old and ghetto. I hope this location closes soon and everyone loses their job. I will be calling corporate and reporting this location.

I rented a truck to move 3.5 miles away. When I returned the truck they tried to say that I traveled 109 miles and charged me for that. Its highway robbery. They refused to help. Straight up thieves

NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION, OR MAYBE EVEN U HAUL IN GENERAL. I am terribly dissatisfied and disappointed with the way that some staff members tried to scam me. I do not see in any other way but fraud. I had to call my major credit card (as the U Haul staff said) and work it out with them as the U Haul staff would not even respond to my concern. At first, they advertised a van at $19.95 a day, plus millage. Then, they placed much larger hold on my credit card, in case that something happens. OK. I complied with millage requirements, returned a van as per contract, U Haul rep got me released, everything was OK, and I left as I was cleared. Then, I see a $74 charge on my credit card, and then $20 more, with the first receipt stating the amount of $111. No idea where they came with $111, but ok. Please note that $74 and $20 are not even close to $111, and no idea what was any of these charges for. Then, I am receiving another email with another receipt with $111 and another name on the bottom, Frances T. Then, I am receiving third email, with Misael O on the bottom of the receipt, and the additional charge of $150 for some sort of damage, in total $260-ish, and still no idea why at all, and why after I left after being cleared by the staff. There was no damage on the van, and I was released, everything was good to go at first, but when I left they started coming up with different claims and different amounts. What a shame, to say the least.
