Young Tile is THE definition of OUTSTANDING, and this is coming from a person who generally doesn't trust contractors and who has a huge eye for detail. Their cost was in the middle of the range of quotes, and the install met and exceeded my expectations. Austin was communicative and responsive to my specific requests, and he went out of his way to confirm details of the install with me. I have remodeled several areas in our home and dealt with a decorator, contractor, plumber, etc. When we decided to redo a guest bath with a walkin shower, I knew it had to be simple for me to manage, quality work , good looking, and reasonable in time. I found the Young website and was very impressed. I reached out by email and got a prompt reply. In a short amount of time we had a contract with the date I had hoped to begin. I had the job of selecting tile from their suggestions, shower doors, and fixtures. Dustin totally got the work organized, gave me a schedule, and the work began on time. After the preliminary work was done, Austin started laying tile. In 10 days, start to finish, it was done. We love it. Austin and Dustin Young are terrific professionals. I contacted Young Tile partway through a bathroom remodel after deciding the re-tiling of a shower may be too much to handle myself. Dustin responded very quickly to help produce a quote. There was no pressure to close the deal now or anything, just happy to answer my questions and let me make the decision. A few months later, I finally reached back out to start the work. Dustin promptly got me on the schedule. Austin then came out to verify everything and help make sure I had the materials I would need. The team always communicated very well. Made sure I knew when they would arrive and any impacts to the timeline, which included keeping me posted on shipping delays of our shower pan.Austin came in and on the first day, made sure to lay down tarps and other floor protection as needed to protect the parts not under construction. He made sure he understood my vision for the tile and then went to work. He dealt with common remodeling issues, like a slightly out of plumb wall, very well.Bottom line, Young Tile is an excellent partner who is well worth the value they are providing to your tile project.
