The Grout Medic did a great job refurbishing our bathrooms and kitchen to prepare our house for sale. Very professional, great communication and so easy to work with. Aside from just making everything looks better and prevent leaking, Pedro took care of some things that would have been a negative on a home inspection, so we would not have any problems when that time comes. The grout medic in Austin was awesome! Pedro was very friendly and on time. I needed my tiles cleaned and wanted my grout repainted from grey to black. I have white tiles that had old grime, lots of build up and hard water residue. I had already hired a professional maid service and used bleach. Nothing touched theses stains until the grout medic did a professional cleaning job. My bathroom literally looks brand new. All the stains were gone and the tiles look beautifully white agin. You can tell that they are very detailed oriented because the grout painting was perfect. The technician also recommended re-grouting an area that was leading to further water damage I didnt even notice. Nothing was out of place when they left. They did a fabulous job of picking after them selves no trash or evidence that they had been there other than an immaculate looking clean bathroom!
