Tess was great to work with. The installers were awesome and I love my new carpet, it looks and feels so nice. I made the right choice using CBC and I will highly recommend them to friends and future clients that need new flooring or carpet.

I really enjoyed working with Tess. She's very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. She answered all of my questions and was very patient throughout the process. The installers did a great job. The new carpet looks amazing.

Weve hired Carpets by Conrad a few times. Once to do LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring in our bedroom/office and closets - and again to do different carpeting for our stairs and the entirety of the top floor including our media room. The decisions of what to do and how to do were made incredibly easy all thanks to Tessini, their sales associate! If youre looking to bounce off ideas and get clear feedback, shes your woman. Beyond great customer support, the end product was amazing. The team works fast and cleans up behind themselves pretty thoroughly. Were very happy with it all.
