Unimpressed by the sales experience. After talking with Ryan in the store, he measured my condo to provide a quote. He then went silent and I received no further communication. I stopped in the store two times after that - Ryan wasn't working but the person working told me should pass along the message and have Ryan contact me. Nothing after that. After being ghosted by the quote/sales experience, I have gone elsewhere to have my flooring replaced.

I had AFF South install ~1400 sqft of hardwood flooring + baseboards in April '22. I spoke with 5+ different flooring companies and went with AFF South because they were able to quickly find the product I was looking for when other companies weren't able to. Product variation was one of my main concerns and they ordered a full box so I could get a better sense of exactly what to expect. Victor was the TL of the install crew. The installation went smoothly, starting and finishing exactly on schedule and on budget. The bid that I originally received represented exactly what I paid, so it was refreshing that there was no price creep. I would use this company again for future projects.

We had them install LVP through our whole house, do the kitchen backsplash, and re-carpet our staircase. I wouldnt use them again. Their products are ok, not great but not low quality either. Their LVP install was bad. They didnt do any underlayment anywhere. It echoes all over our first and second floors and there are air pockets and creaking planks everywhere in each room, they should have done an underlayment. Also in one bedroom they didnt do the flooring close enough to the wall so there is a gap after the trim got put on, in one closet you can feel a large air pocket under the flooring. Their kitchen backsplash install was sloppy. They installed some bad tile, bad grout where you can see large holes to the wall and the overall wall isnt flat. I had their guy come back to fix things including replacing a badly cut tile and he just put more grout over it. I didnt want him coming back a third time. The carpet install on our staircase was well done though.
