        I was in on Sunday, March 24th with Shingles. I was given an antiviral and Gabapentin which, I learned later, takes 2 weeks for full effect. It was useless. I had to call twice because the pharmacy was closing at 5pm and they had still not received the electronic prescription. I have been in pain for 10 days now. After reaching out to my PCP, he prescribed a topical numbing medication. It would have been nice if the RN who treated me, Amy, would have thought of that. The service was SLOW, the RN inefficient, and the care was not state-of-the-art. Thumbs down to AFC. April, the receptionist, deserves a 5. She rocked!!
