        Horrendous service. The idiot with the dreads actually wanted us to take the truck to another location and fill up air in the tires like it was our job. Upset my mother as well as myself. The other fool asked personal questions about my husband. These two morons need to learn some professionalism as well as since.

        Had a reservation. Went to pickup up. Staff was on lunch for 40 minutes. Never will I count on pensky ever again. Really messed up my day and all the people waiting on me as the first domino.

        Penske is awful. I showed up on move day and. NO TRUCK. They screwed up my reservation so badly I had to cancel the booking and find another truck (from a different company!) Never again, Penske. never again.
