Be mindful of the services that are used from this company. The only thing I like is how fair and reasonable their prices are. You can't find a 30 yard container for the price they quoted me. That is one reason I'll continue to use them. As far as monthly billing. Be mindful and always keep track of your invoices. Coming in to my position and the previous manager not paying attention, I noticed alot of money pending. However their accounting department was quick to rectify the issue.

On October 26th 2023 their driver went to pick up the garbage and did not bring his forklift down properly. Pulled the direct electric line down connected to my business. Opened the back door up at the exact time the power went out, caught red handed. At least the driver said sorry. My business was out of power could not take any orders for over 3 hours of until power company could fix the damage. Talked to their owner and he couldn't even apologize, let alone offer a discount. I fired them that day. They were supposed to pick up the dumpster Nov 1, got a confirmation from their representative but they did not get it. Called today, they say I'm under contract as if they did not break the contract by destroying property. Terrible service, owner does not care about customers, use someone else.
