This company was very quick to respond re: water cleanup. They quickly demolitioned multiple rooms in our house and placed dryers / fans to avoid mold. Then they slow rolled everything else. They took weeks (after we were told by the guy who walked through 1-2 DAYS) to get us an estimate for repairs. Then they took 2 more weeks after we asked for revisions and corrections to their estimate (how could they not measure the height of our baseboards correctly?), and then just resent us the original estimate but for fewer rooms. They were clearly slow rolling us for whatever reason - maybe they'd taken on too much work maybe they didn't want to work with us (location or otherwise) but instead of being professional and saying that they just kept inching us along. They were SUPER quick to respond when we finally said we declined to work with them on any further work. Their estimate for the demo and dryout was crazy high too, no idea if that is an insurance racket or what, but our insurance company requested detailed pics to support it, it was so high. It's sad because the on-site team was friendly, professional, and thorough. It's management that was the problem. Service: Flood cleanup

My sewer line backed up and caused major water damage. They came in and got started right away. Once the insurance ok'd the contract they contacted me right away to get started. It took a very short time for them to finish. The house looks fantastic. I hope I never need to use them again but if I do I wouldn't hesitate. Great customer service and fast response time. Services: Mold inspection, Flood cleanup
