Master mounts was exactly the right person to call for the installation of my audio/video systems. This included hooking up a home theater system as well as connecting and mounting outdoor speakers. Very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to get the job done quicklyeven with my constant questionswhich he was able to address and answer. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for help in this regard.

I really wish this could be a positive review. The installer was very nice but the job was not completed. I booked their service to install a 55in flat screen over a brick fireplace and paid an additional 150.00 for an outlet to be installed. When the installer arrived he informed me that they could not install an outlet in the brick fireplace but they could conceal the cords going to the outlet in the bookcase. We did not have the tv at the house yet so He tacked up the plastic concealer and it was left as is. We had a second tv to be mounted in our master so I figured he could do the wiring and mount the tv when he returned. So I booked a second appointment. He installed the mount in the master so low that the tv would not fit with the dresser under it so it had to be raised, see the two holes under the mount. Unfortunately our tv was damaged during our move so it was not mounted ( not their fault) He mounted the tv in the living room but unfortunately needed a long, thin extension cord that we nor he had. He said call him when we get it and he would come back out. At this point I had paid $550 and did not have the job done. I was never refunded the $150 that I paid to have the outlet installed that didnt get installed.Two days after this last appointment the plastic used to conceal the cords fell off the fireplace, I have a mess. I reached out to the installer on 4/15 and finally got a date he could come after 6 days of waiting for his response.. He was to come on 24th but had to cancel and reschedule for the following day, at that time he informed me it would be a service fee of $125 per hr with a 2hr min, thats an additional $250 to finish a job I already paid for. I expressed my concern and he stated he would get with his boss. That was Monday and now its Friday and I have not heard back. Very disappointed that I now have to call another company
