Cibolo Creek Health and Rehabilitation Center

Shout out to everyone who takes care of the men and women and this facility. My Dad was here a little over 2 1/2 years and even though a lot of the people are not there anymore. I do have to say that we had nothing but great partners on the team with caring for my Dad. It was a tough time but I pray Gods blessings and favor over each and everyone of all of those that minister to these folks. You are angels in disguise. You each touch so many lives each and every day, thank you for the joy that you brought my father. You made it a lot easier, a lot more pleasant and thank you for the extra good care that you helped us with. Blessings to each and everyone one of you! Greg White

Mother has been at CC for nearly 6 years with Dementia. Most staff is accommodating. The enthusiasm of most CNA'S is remarkable. Would like to see more staff for the less mobile. We appreciate the exceptional communication and empathy with directors and leads. Clean enviroment. Thank you for loving our Mom.

This is an amazing facility! I have a family member at this location and the staff and especially the director of nursing are well trained and equipped to be able to handle their health issues. I highly recommend anyone who has family in this area to have them stay here.

My mom broker her hip and was treated at Cibolo Creek for almost three weeks. The people are extremely nice and helped mom get back on her feet.
