        Thursday night at 10:00 and the toilet starts to back up. A little examination reveals the septic tank to be the culprit. I left an email and phone message at Van Delden WW Systems. Friday morning at 7:01 I got an email asking me to call for scheduling, which I did. After working all day Friday, Jesse and his crew got here at 4:45 pm. They found the septic tank, dug down to the lid and discovered it was packed. They pumped out 750 gals of waste, cleaned the inside of the tank, checked the drain line, and covered everything up. Jesse's final words were, "If there is anything wrong, call us right away." What a joy to find a company and employees who take pride in their work, handle it in a professional manner, and get it done. I will always call Van Delden!
