Rest assured, every time they open their mouths its either bull-sh_t or an outright lie. Whatever services you seek, I explore you to seek them elsewhere. Don't just take my word , PLEASE search and read all the reviews b4 deciding to use or Hopefully not to use these scumbags.

        My friends heater has been out all winter long, they didnt care to do anything to fix it, left all the people living in these apartments with no heat at all, pipes froze as well, so no heat and no water and the owners didnt care
