First visit to EEC24 to get my child examined when she developed a persistent cough and fever. Adela was very thoughtful when she offered us water while we filled out the forms. Aaron and Jessica were attentive to detail when they took samples to check for viruses. Dr Sabates was very patient and explained everything and gave us valuable medical information that we were not expecting. AAA +++ service, facilities and patient experience. ***UPDATE*** I went back 3 days later and it was a completely different experience.it was. It the same staff, the place was empty and registration took almost 40min we left.

The hospital staffs positive attitude and kindness reassured me that my son was being looked after, and throughout my stay I felt he was in good hands. Wait time wasnt bad overall I want to say 2 hrs. Thank you so much Dr. Sabas especially nurse Emma who made this visit one of the best Ive ever had. Thank you to Christina, Sarah, and roli as well. Thank you again for all your hours of hard work and devoted labor!

This is a full service urgent care. They are actually considered an emergency hospital. This means that any exams or blood work you need can be accomplished at Exceptional Emergency. The staff are wonderfully supportive and very friendly. They are also very through. You will walk out feeling like you are armed with your aftercare instructions along with what you need to do with your primary doctors. They supply you with all of your test results when you walk out of the door. Needless to say, today they lived up to their name Exceptional Emergency.
