I have been dealing with this law firm for going on two years. After having little to no real conversation with ANY lawyer I was bounced around to, I was told months away from the statute of limitation date that they were not going to move forward with my case. My son doesnt have any justice and all they said was too bad they dont wanna put anymore money into the case. They claimed that they didnt know some information that was told to them several times, time after time. They went through so many receptionists and none of them were familiar with me or could ever find my case. I had to send an email directly to Kenny Perez himself just to hear from someone and it still wasnt even Kenny. They gave me so much false hope all the way to the end, until the point where now no one else can help me. I cant help my sons kids get the help they need and the justice for my son that he deserves. If you are thinking of getting a lawyer be ready to do all the work and not be answered when you really have information because they are just that busy. I have several messages with attempts I made to reach out to the lawyer to see when he wanted to set up a date to get full details that I had but nothing. They ghosted me for moths at a time. They seriously didnt even try, they asked me to literally do their job for them. Please dont waste your time, this was extremely disappointing and most of all heartbreaking. My son mattered, his truth mattered, and what was claimed wasnt even given a chance to be fought. I asked for the file with any information they had or what they have tried to do and I was told they would email it but STILL I havent received anything AND I was told it would be a small file it was just a few numbers (Im sure that I gave to them to help do their job) and one deposition.
