I was with progressive with only auto and thanks to Jody Rawls he helped me switch over. I went to a cheaper auto rate & added life insurance as well. Jody was very helpful in helping me choose life insurance and very kind. Thank you Jody

Was very disappointed in the communication from this office. Specifically Ricks attitude towards customers. In person an in other forms of communication. just look at how he responded to the other customer review who had an issue with his office. Had my policy cancelled without notifying me of anything and let me drive around without insurance for a week before there snail mail letter got to me. A week after cancelation. Was told I have input faults/incorrect information only after I called them about this issue. If that's the case maybe try and confirm the information with your customer before you cancel there insurance leaving them and there family with no coverage. Had we had a major accident me and my kids would have been unisurance and left to fend for our selfs with the legal and physical damages. If u enjoy checking in to make sure you still have insurance every time you go out for a drive this is your place! Will be going to Farm B. Insurance they will match the rates here with more coverage for your family in case of an accident. Highly recommend.
