        Of course I don’t have insurance with this agency. Unfortunately my son’s car stopped on him and he parked it in their parking lot. I had the car towed immediately. Meanwhile the owner came out taking pictures like he was an investigator. I then went over to him with my mask on to apologize for any inconvenience and of course he was afraid of the AA woman and man.I was polite and he took steps back like I was there to rob him.(Remember my mask is on) He did not utter a word. I was invisible. Very rude and unprofessional. I am sure he has not one black client. If anything he should have said thank you for immediately taking care of your business. I am sure he has not one black client. People:Stick with USAA and Allstate like we have!

        Patricia, the owner, is a great help. I have been with her for over a year and have had a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and also provides great customer service. You won't go wrong with her!!
