So happy we hired KMD Contracting for our guest bathroom and family room remodel. From start to finish, they were very attentive and responsive. They patiently helped us design and completely customize our dream guest bathroom. Every email or text we sent was promptly responded to. Every morning they arrived right at 8:00 and worked hard. They were extremely professional and left the area clean and tidy at the end of each day. Most importantly, they are trustworthy and stand by their work (which turned out amazing! Seriously, it looks so good.) They finished exactly on schedule, and there were no hidden additional costs. The before and after transformation is beyond my wildest dreams. We are so happy with the results, and cant wait to hire them to finish remodeling the rest of our home. KMD Contracting LLC did an amazing job on our house! They are very knowledgeable on all types of projects. They repaired and painted our fascia, soffits, siding and trim, replaced a 12 foot wooden gate and more. They were extremely professional, showing up on time every morning and always putting in a full day of efficient work. They were always polite and friendly. They were happy to answer any questions we had and addressed all our concerns. They were also very organized and never left any mess behind. Plus their prices were extremely reasonable and there were no financial surprises. The original quote we got was exactly what we paid. We couldn't be any happier with the final results.
