The office does a good job dental wise but the staff dealing with insurance are completely different to get an answer from I have been working with them for months to get them to get ahold of my insurance company to get things going but every time I have called they have brushed me off.

UPDATE: You can call them about billing, but they will never answer, nor call you back. You can email them, but they will never respond to that, either. However, they will send your balance, which they originally said was free-of-charge, to collections after a month and a half of blowing you off... ORIGINAL: Don't bother with this place. I've been going there for years, and have always been dissatisfied with their service, but kept going in hopes they would improve. This last week, I had an appointment at 3:30PM for a cleaning. Unfortunately, that cleaning didn't happen, as they took too long doing X-rays they said I wouldn't be billed for (I was, a week later), photos of my teeth, and then additional photos at the request of the dentist (which I was also charged for.) They told me I would need to schedule an additional appointment for the cleaning. When I arrived a few days later for the rescheduled cleaning, I was given an "estimate" based on my insurance. This estimate was higher cost than the same exact estimate based on my insurance that I was given at the original appointment. They like to push their laser cleaning, at an extra charge, whether you need it or not because it makes them more money. Begrudgingly, I paid the extra amount as it had been a year since my last cleaning and wanted to be sure. I don't think it made any actual difference, other than lightening my wallet. A few days later, I received a bill in my email for additional payment. This bill was for the aforementioned x-rays they claimed they wouldn't charge for, and the extra photos I did not agree to be charged for. They get you to sign blanket agreements that basically say you are on the hook for whatever they charge you and that the estimates they provide are just assumptions. If they were contractors building my house and going over estimates, they would inform me before hand, not just send me a bill after and and not respond to emails or messages for over a week to avoid talking about it. Do yourself a favor and save your wallet by going somewhere more reputable and honest. This place just wants your money and couldn't care less about you.

Dr. Allen and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. In all my sixty years of going to different dentist, Dr. Allen is the one that has gained my trust.

Kaitlynn who performed my cleaning today was wonderful. Cleanings in the past by other hygienists have been very painful but she was very gentle and communicated what she was seeing.

I cant recommend College Station Modern Dentistry enough. Vera and Courtney took great care of me after a long boarding accident took out one of my front teeth and chipped the other two beside them. After having a crown installed and bonding added to the other teeth my smile is back to normal. Veras attention to detail and warmth while making the customer feel taken care of and knowledgable of procedures being performed is unmatched. 10/10 experience.
