Sam Kuver was fantastic. I wanted to compare line for line everything with my home and automobile insurance. He took the time to explain each item and compare the costs, make recommendations, and provide the coverages needed. I saved overall on all my premiums annually. Highly recommend Sam and ALLSTATE... you know, "you're in good hands"

They have a great staff of people working in the office. Crystal is so nice she helps me so much I really like Allstate. Great company.

Im very disappointed in their poor customer service, unprofessionalism, and lack of clarity in explaining rates. For example, there was an error on my Policy that said my car was 2015, when in fact it was a 2019. I was assured by the agency that this correction would lower the price of the policy, but it did not. I was also assured that the rates would go by this summer. They did not. I received numerous calls last year asking me to bundle my home and auto , and I had to decline numerous times, it really felt as if I was dealing with a telemarketer. The agency will probably respond to this review with a politically correct apology. Dont fall for it, I recommend going with a different company.
