I called Extraco on the morning of 03/06/2024, and spoke to Shawna about opening a new account. Im a paramedic from New Braunfels, but work in Falls County and am not happy with my current institution. I wanted to use someone local to my work and Extraco was recommended to me. Shawna was bright, knowledgeable and super polite. She started the whole process for me and then sent me to Harlee. My experience with Harlee was equally fantastic. She had my account ready for me when i arrived and walked me through the entire process as well as made sure I had every bit of information I needed. I havent seen customer service like this at a banking institution. I have since recommended this bank to all of my colleagues within their service area. Solid 5 star.
