We had a leak in the ceiling of our library and Samuel gave us a reasonable estimate. We were impressed by his many recommendations, so we asked him to go ahead. His communication skills are excellent, his work ethic superb, and the level of courtesy and professionalism he showed us reminds me of long ago, when these characteristics were more common place. Samuels pride in his work and craftsmanship is well justified, as his work is fabulous. The room he worked in was our library and he made sure to isolate his work space, covered exposed books and the rug, and was concerned about the cleanliness of the workspace the entire time. When he was finished, he made sure we were satisfied with his work (we were beyond satisfied!), then he cleaned up the entire area. We are looking forward to working with him again on much larger jobs. Thank you, Samuel, for the excellent work you did in our home!
