        The staff, especially the sweet young lady, I believe she was the store manager are so helpful and knowledgeable on their products! I went to vans to buy my grandson his first skateboard and they just did not know what they were doing. Completely messed up the grip tape to the point I had to take it in to ZUMIEZ to have them fix it. Taylor was kind enough to take Time out of HER duties to fix this. Completely amazing! I wish vans had better board building training. Ill never shop at vans again.

        My teenage son and nephew went into this store with my two year old son while us parents finished our meal at Casa Ole. I was a bit nervous that they'd destroy the place so we rushed dinner and headed to down to Zumiez to get them. To my surprise the lady at the counter (Alicia, Manager) was laughing and talking with all the kids. She knew their names and welcomed them back anytime! So very kind! My teenager loves this shop, and now I do too!
