My waterfront apartment experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Fishing at my doorstep is a dream, and the maintenance team is impressively swift. What sets this place apart is the accommodating and friendly management team. They make living here a pleasure. It's the complete package scenic, efficient, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Came in town for work looking for a place for 6 months, this place caught my eye ,so awesome staying here but unfortunately my work is done here . The few maintenance issues I had were resolved quickly, office personnel are so nice and helpful,but really the views here are WoW!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT!!! I lived in this apartment for two and half years, and I was the first renter in that unit. This apartment has a view from some of the units, but besides that, this apartment is trash. During the two years I lived there, the leasing office told me on the first day I moved in, that everything would be ready in couple months. But the gym was not finished construction before I moved out, the pool was finished after one and half years I lived there. The parking space under building one took a year and half to finish, and was told be free but they charge that for $50/ month after weeks once it open. Without all the promised amenities, they still charge the full price of the rent. The apartment also has a flooding issue. When rain heavily the whole entrance will be flooded and you have to take the risk of using the Wrong Way to get back home. The build quality is also terrible. The bedroom windows cannot open, the windows and door leak water during rain, the water heater cannot provide enough hot water for half of bath tub. Some units gets mold on the wall, and they decides installed loud dehumidifier in each unit and it will increase your bill a lot. Also they will charge you ton of the money after move out. They claim everything need replace and you need to pay for that. Even the balcony celling was falling apart because of the salty wind from the gulf and they want you to pay for that repair.

I wanted to thank Nate, Emily, Lindsey and Cara for making my stay here wonderful. Nates response time is appreciated. Emily and Lindsey have accommodated my needs. They called me with the good news. The complex is beautiful with amazing views. The people living here are kind and friendly. The pool area is outstanding. Walking the complex at night I feel safe with the lights and gates. Well done Lighthouse Pointe.
