Management has always been helpful and kind. Property is in good condition. The maintenance staff has been good too. There was one maintenance person who was pretty unprofessional, but management was responsive in handling that issue.

I've been here for a few years, but before I moved here, I toured a lot of in city apartment complex's searching for "the one"... none of them compared to South Lake Ranch. You have space, nice neighbors, a peaceful walk-a-bout, schools, sports, food, and entertainment all nearby. Friend's and family tell me that it feels as if they're in a complete different city when they stay over. Management was fair when I first moved in in, but everything went up once management switched to the Leuven Group. There was strong organization, good communication, and overall good vision to make this complex top notch! I definitely recommend South Lake Ranch as your next place of stay if you plan on staying in Corpus Christi for a good bit!

South Lake Ranch apartment is by far one of the best apartment complex in Corpus Christi with an amazing view. The staff is awesome. FIVE

Looking for an Apartment? Look no further South Lake Ranch is the place to go. Management team is amazing, always make sure every question I have is answered. The view is absolutely stunning the lake, pool, and trail. Wouldn't live any where else. I love my home!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.
