        The pricing is competitive for student housing, but what really makes The Kristi great is the staff! The team really cares about their residents and do their best to show that through their hospitality and resident events. You wont find another personable and caring staff anywhere else!

        Awesome place to stay! Amazing hospitality from the Leasing Officers and a very responsive maintenance crew! Kudos to the team for providing a very welcoming atmosphere for a reasonable rate!
