Chandlers Mill Apartments

Been living here for 8 months and I love it. It's quiet and I feel safe here. The office staff always make me feel welcome and cater to their tenants. Stephanie and Savannah are so awesome! Maintenance is fast and efficient as well. They almost always have good rental specials going on so make sure to check their social media accounts for these. Additionally, they make the holidays feel special with contests and fun interactive events. I appreciate everything they do to make Chandlers Mill feel like home!

Chandlers Mills was truly our Home Sweet Home for over 2 years, perfect and cozy for my family and me. Thanks to the outstanding support from Savannah, Stephanie and Tyler, who consistently went above and beyond with his exceptional service. Now, as we move on to our new house, we recommend Chandlers Mills to anyone.

I moved in a last month and had an issue with appliance maintenance. I went into the office and asked if I could get my DW replaced and the Property Manager was great. She immediately investigated the situation.Gave me a temporary DW while the new came in. The office staff was very understanding

I've lived here for 7 Years and currently resigning my lease. Great place to live with a friendly atmosphere. The office staff is always so helpful and kind. I enjoy my conversations with Stephanie. Stop by to ask for her if your looking for an apartment!

2nd Update- The apartment community has a new Property Manager by the name of Frances Zavala, I had an unexpected circumstance arise, which allowed me the opportunity to speak with her. Upon speaking with Francis, she was understanding, kind, and courteous which helped put me at ease regarding my concern; furthermore, from my perspective, Frances leads a strong Team from the ladies working in the office with her to the Maintenance Team. The property is well-maintained, and work orders are completed within a fair period. I have now been living here for 6 months and still feel content. 1st review New to the community, however, thus far my experience has been very pleasing, from the beginning of the rental application to the approval, Savannah was welcoming and helpful, she is surely an asset to the community. Upon moving in, I did have a few minor maintenance work orders, which were taken care of immediately. maintenance staff Tyler and Lupe were genuinely kind, and professional, and every one of my concerns was addressed and fixed promptly. Definitely satisfied with my decision to move here.
