The Retreat Corpus Christi

Marisa and Tea truly saved us in a pinch. My wife and I were selling our house and had to move out within a short timeframe, with even less time to find a suitable apartment for our family of 5. Transitioning from a 5-bedroom home to a three-bedroom apartment was a challenge, but we found Retreat to be the best option for my wife and kids. We adore the apartment layout and appreciate the available amenities. Their quick responsiveness whenever we need assistance is remarkable. They made this transition successful and effortless for us.

Everyone in the office are super nice!!!Maintenance are good and very nice as well. Very quite community. No problems at all. Very clean.

The apt is like any other apt in this country. Thin walls. No soft closure on the doors. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Nothing to really go on and on about. This rating is for the ABYSMAL parking situation. Its all a money grab. There are no where near enough spaces for every tenant in their building to park nearby. The result is having to park far away or pay an extra fee for a reserved spot. From what Ive read in previous reviews management has very little regard for tenants safety. So it comes to no surprise that they would have zero concern for a single female walking the lot alone in the early dark hours or late at night because thats what her work schedule requires. However, you can choose to pay, on top of your rent, another exorbitant fee for a covered space nearby your building. BUT WAIT IT GETS BETTER! Recently they have removed corner, uncovered spots, from being free spaces. So now there are even less spaces to choose from. SERIOUSLY?!? These are the money games yall choose to play? In this economy???? Someone must be getting a commission off these rented spaces because why else. Ridiculous.
