Beware- I lived here 14 months. It's beautiful- that's all the good things I can say about it. My renter's policy from allstate was not accepted. No reason given. They just 'don't accept allstate any longer'. No way to contact the group in charge of this- allegedly even for the mgmt.? My 2/2 was nearly $1900 a month after being nickled & dimed to death. I have never seen a place with so many misc charges! I had multiple A/C maintenance requests. It was constantly blowing hot air. I found out that they were just putting freon in the unit& it would leak out over a period of time...I never had an electric bill under $350!! I feel sorry for the next tenant. Paying a premium price for a unit and the A/C needs to be replaced.. and a premium electric bill. Moved out 2/8/24. Supposed to get my deposit back within 30 days.. We called MULTIPLE times about this. Finally got it back today- 52 days after move- out..(they expect your $ on time tho!), but it was sent to the WRONG ADDRESS... VERY disappointed. Moved to another 2/2.. paying less than half the price, no nickle& dime to death and my A/C works great! First electric bill was $90!

I love living here! The property is well kept up with a beautiful pool area. Maintenence is quick to respond to service requests. Also, they host a bunch of fun events for adults and families and bring food trucks.
