Some of the absolute worst work I have ever come in contact with if I think I worked with a guy there by the name of Kevin who has repeatedly and continued to lie to me first he told me that once it was done in Body Shop it was going to Mechanical I get the car back they never touched the mechanical he lied about the diag being missing when he personally said that it went to Mechanical I have inner panels popping off on a daily they left trash from both coffee cups and dirty napkins miscellaneous Parts in the car 110% do not recommend anything AutoNation related do not get your car fixed there do not buy your car from there it's a whole group of scam artists do not recommend this in any way shape form or color.

Corpus Christi Auto Nation Collision is the place to use when you need your auto fixed. Jordan Garcia kept me informed every step of the way from day to day until I recieved my truck. The team need am awesome job on the damaged repair. I couldn't tell that it was damage. You can trust them to do an excellent job.

If I could give a zero I would. It's very disappointing when I had to go to the manager Jerry Labrador to get some answers regarding my vehicle. Unfortunately, that didn't get me anywhere either!! He promised he would call me back afternoon and that was on 5/21 and I still haven't heard from him. I did get a call from Megan on 5/25 saying the same thing that my vehicle is not ready, and its still in the body shop. I guess I have to let the insurance company send some one out to investigate as to why it's taking so long. USAA was never notified of the work on the vehicle, or if they were experiencing delays due to parts. The communication all around is AWFUL!!
