    The best experience they are AMAZING! Chelsea is my favorite. Im hesitant to tell you that because I dont want you all to book her. But she is THE BEST. She has the training and her expertise in lash extension is incredible. I get so many compliments on my lashes. And I owe it to her. Love you Chelsea- youre not only AMAZING but you have a heart of Gold.

    I rarely ever post negative comments on businesses, and I try to encourage supporting local businesses as often as possible. That said- here is a PSA if you have or know anyone with a membership at Amazing Lash Studio. I cancelled in person on April 1st. I discussed with my lash artist Chelsea that I was cancelling. She was moving out of state and I had constant shedding - likely an allergy to adhesive and not her fault at all. I checked out- paid a generous tip and cancelled the membership in person. The card on file was a debit account that I don’t use often and use as a holding place for overflow funds, online purchases, and tuition funds for Hannah. I was reviewing charges and found that they continued to charge me a monthly fee of $119.99 from April through December. Totaling $1079.41. I called expecting an apology and refund. I spoke with Julia, assistant manager- she indicated they didn’t have a form to cancel it was o my verbal and they had no note of my call to cancel- I explained I cancelled in person and recalled them asking why I cancelled etc and signed out. She said they didn’t note it. She then had Kaitlyn Thornton the manager call who said I hadn’t signed a form to cancel and I needed to call them to cancel 48 hours before my appointment to end the membership. I explained I cancelled in person and discussed it with their clerk. She said she didn’t have it in their log. I asked her to check for any additional appointments made (typically every two weeks) and there were of course none. I explained that I rescinded any authorization to charge my card when I cancelled- she offered me 19 in store appointment credits. I explained that I didn’t tolerate the lashes and that was why I cancelled. She said then I should just get a lash lift. No refund funds were coming. Mind. Blown. I cancelled the membership- IN PERSON. I never contacted or visited again, I also stopped receiving promotional emails etc…. My membership was cancelled in their system by their staff and the response is that is just too bad. My “active membership” status through their fault cost them literally nothing- no services rendered- nothing. They refuse to refund.They are owned by Nicolas “Nick” Garcia as a franchisee and the LLC registered NIMA Management is registered in Padre on Cruiser. Management has indicated they spoke with him and he would not authorize a refund. I find that hard to believe. Seems as if an employee made a mistake and doesn’t want to call the owner to tell him what happened. He has not contacted me despite repeated requests, and they refuse to give me an email or phone number for him.$1079.41 for nothing- no services rendered and the response is oh well, too bad, can’t help you etc…If you have a membership or had in the past check your statements. So frustrated. Yes I made a BBB report, yes I’ll dispute with my bank Monday. I’ll have to file suit to get a judgement I suppose if the bank can’t help.What a scam. A terrible scam, and very poor customer service. What now? 😡 If you know Nick Garcia please send me his contact info.

    I give them 1 only because the girl who did my "Lash Lift" was super nice. The LashLift is horrible. I posted a picture underneath for visual. I told her I wanted whichever mold was going to give me the highest lift. She said she used medium, but I've done this lift on myself at home multiple times and even the small mold gave me a higher lift then this. I have membership with them which is why I wanted them to do them for me this time. They did not lift at all. I made sure to show up with no product on my lashes for better results. I also left with a lot of glue on my eyelids, I knew I would have a little I would have to remove myself but when I got to my car, I sat there for 20-30 trying to take some off. That's how much I still had which you can't see very well with the lightning in the building. My eyes are super irritated and tender which has also never happened to me. I will not share her name in a public review because like I said, she was really nice. Just very disappointed in the results. I told the receptionist up front that the service was great but my lashes weren't what I expected and all she said was "oh ok, sorry".

    I really like the lashes Amazing Lash Studio provides, so much that I joined their program. Unfortunately 4 months into the subscription and I notice that I am being billed on the 9th AND 15th of every month. I call to ask questions, they realize they have double subscribed me. The front desk staff was able to cancel 1 of the subscriptions and I asked for a refund of the other 4 charges that I did not authorize. This is where the issue comes up, I am told they can't. I ask to speak with the manager, she is not in the office but will be back in the next day. All of a sudden the assistant manager can refund the erroneous charges and she refunds only 3 of them. I call back twice now to speak with manager to discuss getting my full refund and I have been told she will be in the next day. I've been told this twice on separate days now. Still waiting on the call back to discuss my FULL refund of unauthorized charges. UPDATE: The manager finally called back and all charges have been refunded. Service: Eyelash extensions
