Started out great. Consulted and sat down and showed a picture of the highlight I wanted. She said she could achieve what I wanted. Later the highlights were very brassy with the toner. I said I didnt like it. She asked to see the picture again. I showed her and she then told me she couldnt give me that shade. I would have to come back in a week to get what I wanted. Lie. I said no I had that shade before in one sitting. She never put me under a hair dryer at all either. I also do hair. She then blamed the product and said redkin was not good at this time and they had a lot of people come back to fix their color or hair. The haircut was great. I also have a 1 in a half inch regrowth the same day as leaving the salon underneath my hair. Awful. The last toner she put on is very uneven. I have to now fix this myself. Please save your money. I paid a quarter of 1000.00 to get my hair done and it was terrible. I even have friends tell me where I got my hair done cause its uneven and the highlights underneath was terrible. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I'll say this first, I've never gotten my hair dyed professionally but CJ was so knowledgeable and comforting through the whole process! Her and her staff are absolutely wonderful and I can't wait to see them again
