Customer service here is horrible. I switched my service to T-Mobile and the associate at this location signed me up for the wrong plan and misrepresented the prices. 6 weeks into my service I was unable to take advantage of promotions included with my account. I went into store to correct this issue and the associate in store absolutely refused to help me and told me to call customer support. I dont know if this is indicative of T-Mobile service or if this store is just an extremely poorly managed location. But this overall experience has definitely made me regret switching from AT&T.

I am a customer, and disappointed cause very time I go to make a payment I get charge $5.00 more than the payment is. I believe that wrong. I can understand if it was a late payment but I always make my payment before the due date. Unhappy customer. I have been a customer for 22years why now?????

Packed, didn't have the phone case I needed, for my s21+ which I mean cmon your a cellphone provider outlet, at least carry some of the top phones especially when the phone is about $900 one would think t mobile should henge at least a case for the thing, Response to t-mobile : Then you for your reply, it means alot to me, maybe if yall could help me get a case for my son's s23 ultra with any type of discount would be amazing but basically just have some in stock please and then you.
