        They hardly do stuff right when I tried canceling a plan they didn't do it then we went back after they charged us again and they couldn't do a refund even after we tried twice so service needs work

        Great phone service but 1 word of advice. Pls get rid of the 24 hour limiter on phone bill payments. I've been stuck on this for exactly 24 hours and it still won't take my transaction. If you don't want to loss customers then I suggest to get rid of this
