This store always does a great job helping me get exactly what I need. Cat helped me buy a phone last time I was there & had amazing customer service. She was nice and very helpful. I’m so glad I came to this Metro store & will be returning!

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I have been a customer at metro for almost 2 yrs. Me and my son stopped here to upgrade our phones ( we had not upgraded before) should've been able to get the promotional price. The sales clerk ended up charging us $ 298.00 a piece. She lied and said our phone cases were free and we got charged for those as well. She put the wrong tempered glass on my phone. I bought the nord n10 and she put a galaxy a 11 tempered glass which doesn't fit. I went there and expressed my concerns only to be told by the same sales clerk there would be no remedy. Of course my phone falls from my dash mount and cracks in the corner where the tempered glass should've protected it had it been the right one. Also, she charged my account 54.00 and I still have no idea why she did that. This store is a straight rip off and by far the worst one I've ever been too. I guess I'm now stuck going to another metro and paying full price for the phone again. I'll be getting in touch with the corporate office on this one.

Had a wonderful experience here, at metro. Sales reps here were most helpful. I was more than glad I switched from cricket. U earned a new client
