        Trinidad (worker woman with glasses and tattoos) charged us for a charger without informing us. When we came back after seeing the receipt she doubled down and said well I quoted you the total but didnt mention how she didnt say anything about charging us for a charger. She handed us the charger on our way out saying thanks for joining metro! Acting as if it was complimentary. What a scummy practice.
