I tend to think I know more about computers than your average person who just uses their desktop from time to time to surf the web. But after hours of trying to diagnose my PC my operating system shut down and I could not for the life of me confidently pin point the problem. I met with Tim shortly after reaching out on a Sunday morning; not even 5 mins after a reboot and quick glance Tim immediately knew what the issue was. It was actually quite remarkable. Hes a great communicator and if you arent technologically literate he can explain it to you simply with no over thought. I highly highly recommend Tims services if your computer and data mean anything to you. 10/10

Incredibly happy with my service here! Computer had no hope whatsoever and Mr. Tim fixed it in a hurry! I dropped it from 4ft onto tile floor and shattered my left hand screen, we ran into an issue with the adhesive and HP sucking at supporting their screen, but Mr Tim got the application adhesive just right and was very good at communicating any issue he ran into and letting me know how we wanted to proceed.
