Made an appointment for my husband, he had ate something hard causing his tooth to break off, he had previous filling done somewhere else. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to see him same day! From initial records to treatment, staff was very friendly and welcoming, also Very thorough in explains the process and making my husband feel comfortable. Instantly they noticed my husband was a bit nervous, he had a bad experience before at a different office and doesnt trust most places. Im thankful for Staff and especially Dr Nguyen, for noticing that and giving him options to help him feel relaxed and comfortable. My husband was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. They kept pausing and checking up on him as they did the work. He had the best experience ever and the process was so smooth. Im glad we chose to come here. One thing we didnt expect and really appreciated was that dr even did a care call to see how my husband was doing afterward. That was so sweet and shows a lot about the care the dr gives to her patients. I will always refer friends and family to this practice. Very satisfied with our services. Thanks again to the Dr and staff.

I questioned the cost of $1449. and the staff was accommodating and flexible but didn't answer the why am I being charged for this? I just payed off the $4200 surgery I had the end of July. when I was sat in " the chair" Dr. elizondo states in a reprimanding manner " well as expected, your situation has worsened". Wait... what???? "well when you ignore rot for a year, it can't get better!"". WAIT.... WHAT ROT? He lectures... " your cavity that's rot, your tooth is rotting and you've ignored it for a year". " I'm not pointing fingers but .....". I'm confused, he is now injecting numbing meds into lower AND upper palette right and left. oh my he's got me mixed up with someone else. I was just there end of July for a 4 hour surgery BY him, under anesthesia and extensive and expensive work. Even shaving off an enlarged ridge in lower jaw ( a Tori). which I reluctantly consented. so he has the wrong patient. but I was being given laughing gas, and a bite block in place preventing me from doing ANYTHING. I TRied to signal I wanted to stop. raising my leg cramping in my jaw due to fighting against the bite block. Dr elizondo and the assistant were chatting about her sister and her doing a work out the night before, that her sister might break up with her baby daddy. yet ignoring me, the patient in obvious distress. His remedy to " calm me down". was to give me an extra injection to numb it. I am almost panicked cause he is filing down a tooth to a nub on my upper palette. and that's got to be SOMEONE ELSES treatment agenda!!! someone else who has ignored rot for a year. I grabbed my phone thinking I could communicate that way, but I wasn't able to see clearly and I had an oxygen mask holding my head down, and Dr. E. perturbed I had my phone. I texted my husband.... COME GET ME NOW AT THE ALAMEDA OFFICE. Now the doctor is almost cooing " what's wrong? is it pain? you weren't reacting like it was something I was doing? are you scared are you hallucinating???? finally bite block removed and I said " does it matter? yes! all the above. you need to read my chart or get the correct chart. but not today I am not safe here. my husband is on his way and I'm leaving. . he chuckled to the audacity that he may have made a mistake. well in that case SHAME ON HIM. Cause he performed a 4 hour surgery on my mouth and shame on him for leaving rot in my mouth. charging me over $4000 and not even taking care of a cavity???????? yes shame on him . End result.... he charged me $ 500 for that hour long nightmare, while I was panicked and incapacitated not one staff member could recognize I was in distress or were just ignoring me and now I have to find someone else to clean up the mess he started and possibly clean out the rot he left he ignored while instead doing unnecessary shaving of bone that took 4 months of healing. He unprofessionally judged me and condescendingly trying to point out how ignorant I am, but instead proved to me he has an unethical practice mode and manner and shame on him for spending 4 hours with me under anesthesia and not even addressing a cavity. WHAT ACTUALLY DID HE DO DURING THAT 4 HOURS??????

Had an appointment scheduled, and was pulled over (I got out of my truck to make sure a guy laying on the ground by the corner stop sign was alive) and rather than rescheduling or adding a late fee, I was told we were no longer allowed back (through text not even a phone call) Dr Elizondo had asked my wife Jade to come and see him, thats why we scheduled the appointment in the first place. We will be sure to let everyone about this.
